manage and automate messaging.
View and analyze messaging performance.
We
do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from using our platform.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities: When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide
accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Not share your account with others or impersonate another person.
If unauthorized access occurs, notify us immediately at
support@setter.ai.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses: You agree to use Setter responsibly. You may
not: Use Setter for
spam, harassment, or illegal activities. Violate the terms of
integrated services (e.g., Meta, CRM platforms).
Reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with Setter’s software.
Automate or scrape data from social media platforms in violation of their policies. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
6. Third-Party Integrations: Setter connects with
third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, CRMs). You acknowledge that:

terms and privacy policies. We
do not control their services and are not responsible for their availability. If an integration is revoked or disabled, certain features of Setter may no longer function. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all third-party terms.
7. Data Collection and Privacy. By using Setter, you consent to our

setter.ai/privacy-policy), which explains how we collect, store, and use your data. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes. However, we may process your data to:
Authenticate your accounts with third-party platforms.
Enable AI-driven messaging for your business.
Analyze performance to improve Setter’s services.For data deletion requests, contact

8. Fees and Payment. Some Setter features may require a
subscription or payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to: Pay all fees associated with your subscription. Allow us to charge your payment method for recurring payments.
Cancel before renewal to avoid additional charges. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Account Termination. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if: You

payment fails after multiple attempts. We

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. Setter is provided on an

error-free performance.
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated messages.
Data retention beyond what is required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Setter is not liable for: Any
direct, indirect, or incidental damages from using our services. Loss of data, account access, or financial loss due to third-party platform changes. Unauthorized access to your account if caused by your own negligence. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Setter.
11. Indemnification: You agree to
defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Setter, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your
use or misuse of Setter.
Your
violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
Any
content or messages sent through Setter that result in legal action.
12. Changes to Terms. We may
update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you by:
